Thanks, yes it makes a big difference. Heads moved a little before but was only fixed to movement of the aircraft. Now they are much more alive - checking instruments at certain times, on take off etc, looking around more. Observers are also looking in their own way scanning more looking up more etc it's all much more alive smile
