I liked Night City, it's really cool. But having played through, I still prefer Los Santos. Purely subjective, but Los Santos gives me a better city vibe.
Night City feels more grungy and lived in.
It actually reminds me of my first few visits to Montreal, which is definitely an urban experience.
The only thing I think they could have done better is give it more of a noir feel.
