The old lady with white hair, at the end when James Francis Ryan ask her "tell me I am a good man." is that his wife or his mother?



I think it's his mother, same lady from beginning.



The other older lady, is that his daughter or his wife?

The guy, is that his son?

The 3 girls, look like teenagers, are those his granddaughters or can they be his daughters? Two of them maybe twins.

Then the little boy? Is that also his son or a grandson?

That toaster is in the wrong time. It wasn't made until 1947. With a war rationing, precious metal wouldn't be allowed to be wasted on millions of consumer toasters.

I seen World War 2 documentaries of the USA home front showing nationwide drives to collect metal and scrap metal for the war effort and kids were giving away their working bicycles. That toaster would had been donated long time ago and already become part of a B-24 or a B-17.
