Just ordered First Light (thanks for the tip, guys) and couldn't resist and added "Stick & Rudder" and "Concorde" by Christopher Orlebar to the #%&*$# basket. It turn out to be a bit more expensive but plenty of good read ahead. Sorry the off-topic..
