When he returns I will call the Police. He is not about 5 feet 7 inches and weighs maybe 160 lbs. He works in construction or repair. The few times I've seen him outside coming home in his pick up truck, getting his lunch box and tool box, he wears a black and white tshirt with some contractor name on it.

Some folks are just inconsiderate. I don't know if it's the way they were raised and their parents never taught them right and wrong and to be courteous or whatever.

10 years ago we lived in an apartment complex and one of the resident had 3 dogs and she would leave the dogs outside at night on the balcony.

They would bark all night.

Apparently she was used to it because no one could sleep through that except her.

That lasted for a couple of months.

Finally after several complaints to the leasing office by us and other residents and several written notices to her from the leasing office,

the city animal control came out and took her dogs away.

A couple of weeks after that she moved away.

I don't know if she was evicted or she moved out voluntarily.
