Another CPU competitor may be in the mix in 2020. That could affect the Future Status of both AMD and Intel.

Not only is Zhaoxin working on 7nm production, at the same time Zhaoxin is currently in the planning phase for working on a sub-7nm design for both laptop and desktop CPUs.
Making a 7nm part does not guarantee performance -- the architecture does that. The architecture is "brand new". So, we must wait and see the actual performance.
