Do you have to follow a story? Can you just do what you want and just play the odd mission?

I hated Witcher 3. Maybe I should have given it longer but the story and dialogue was driving me nuts! It just seemed endless and I don't have much patience. I realise you didn't directly compare the 2 Mr Bond,I'm just trying to point out what I don't like in my games.

If you've ever played Outlaws Of The Old West,that just spawns you in the game and off you go,do whatever you want.
