I imagine all around the PC version with mouse and keyboard plus higher fps will create an even better experience. I forgot about the FPS mode which definitely would be better on PC. I never used it much on PS4 save for getting a good look at things, taking a picture or enjoying the weapon modeling, aim down sight modes.
