Sous Vide is great but does take a lot of time investment for that. For example, a steak kike rib eye is going to be like 40 minutes in the water bath. Then you are going to take it oit and still brown it on stove or grill or something. Then you get the perfect temp inside and perfect sear outsidr. All in all its going to end up taking like 1 hoir for a steak. I rather just spend 10 minutes to grill it most of the time.

Those multifunctional ovens like the June Oven is great for me. It's a variety of things including air fryer (convection oven) functionality available to you.
