On the shadow color, try lowering the alpha (transparency) value. Colors are generally r-g-b-a in nature. If a=1.0 it's solid, a=0.5 it's half transparent, a=0.25 it's just a light tint.

On a related topic, I think this is the problem with the terrain textures. The detail texture on top isn't blending because the alpha value is 1.0. I haven't had time to check yet, but I think that's the problem.

On the NightShark, I like the tan/gray/black camo on the first one. Green is more common, but I like the tan and black. I have the ball sensor animation figured out when you're ready.
