I am surprised no one has added how to make the "perfect" grilled cheese sandwich.
I can't cook for $#&%. I usually just end up helping with the dishes ( wish means I do them all).
No matter what kind of grilled sandwich - cast iron or carbon steel skillet for the win!
I even sometimes make my burgers that way - sliced sourdough, PATTY MELT!
