are really standing behind this product's 2 year warranty. Going as far as asking customers to show a video of them cutting the wires of the devices, instead of returning the product via mail.
This is true. I thought I had a problem with my X56 (turned out it was my USB port) and they did ask me to take multiple angle pix and video to send them of me cutting the cables, then they would send the new one to me in a few days or so.
