You can always make quick hamburgers, nothing special for quick anbd basic.
1lb 80/20 ground beef for 4, 1/4lb burgers. Refrigerated meat is best, rather than room temp.

Make thin but wide patties, larger than your hand. Cook in frying pan. If warm, its hard to get it to stay together without adding anything to the meat.


Coconut oil in the frying pan + 3 1/3 lb burgers, salted, peppered, and cook on low heat with a top over the skillet. Only flip once.

Yum.


Grass fed beef @ 90% lean is excellent, too.
