XP has to be split. I wrote 'shared', but split is what I mean.

Check this....

"Thanks for contacting us. When it comes to combat, all XP is shared equally amongst crew and/or wing members involved.

Example:

You kill an enemy alone, you get 100% of the XP.
You kill an enemy with a crew member, you get 50% and the crew member gets 50%.
You kill an enemy with 2 crew members, that's 33.3% each.
If you kill an enemy with 2 crew members and 1 wing mate, 25% each.
If you kill an enemy with 2 crew members and 1 wing mate who also has 2 crew members, that's then a 6-way split of the XP.

All of this is assuming everyone has the same combat rank. The lower ranked players or crew will receive a higher cut proportionally than the higher ranked pilots.

Even when you reach Elite rank your XP continues to rise so no, there's no way to have a crew member and not have to split your rewards with them. "

So not only are we losing XP for winging it up, but each of the crew members is taking some from each player as well.

No, now go away or I shall taunt you a second time!
