Nice pictures PO_Klonko. Here are a few more I have taken recently.

This first one has a bit of a story to go with it. It is the story of how good and realistically faithful WOTR is. I was flying the Quick Scenarios Scramble Mission. Our Squad took off and was turning off to the right to come around and take on the attacking huns. I was not keeping up with my Mates as my air speed was very low like 140. The first 109 past me as I was trying to turn to engage him, but my air speed just sucked! I was standing still as this monster sped by me. I do a quick once over of my Hurricane's console, prop pitch... good, flaps... up, mixture & fuel pressure... good, Oil temp & pressure... good, rad temp & pressure... good! As I did this quick scan in a matter of seconds I missed the one glaring problem that was the reason for my lack of speed, which most of you may have guessed by now, but I was also trying to keep eyes on my attacker. As I moved my eyes from console to my six and back to my console, then back to my six to pull a tight enough turn, just barely, to stay in the air and thwart off my attacker again. It was during one of the glances from my Hurrican's console to a forward right 45% movement around to check my six again, THAT I SAW THIS IN MY HURRICANE'S SHADOW ON THE FIELD BELOW ME AND KNEW INSTANTLY WHAT I HAD MISSED. This minute detail, even in its depiction of a shadow, that, yes I am a Dumb ass rolleyes , I had missed was keeping me slow. This is how good WOTR is.I retracted my gear while fighting off the 109 and then pressed the attack to get a kill of one of the attacking 109s. This is what is so endearing to me about WOTR. Never mind the sheer number of aircraft in the air, the clouds(Best in the business as far as I am concerned), the huge number of Squadrons to fly this BOB Campaign from, the AI(again best in the business IMHO), the presentation of the GUI,...never mind all of that, it is little details like this that give me great enjoyment in WOTR. Not to mention that this little detail allowed me to fight on, get a kill and return home, a humbled pilot but still alive. These are the moments a Sim pilot lives for and enjoys to no end. I captured this picture from the Fraps video I was recording of this mission. This was an awesome moment in WOTR! winkngrin

Here are a couple more that I kind of like. Pol, I can't wait for the new 109 skins as I am tired of photographing Bf109 #6.
