Follow then instructions to download the PTU launcher. Then hit the copy button and follow the instructions in the email they send you.

If you still have 3.2 downloaded you can copy your 3.2 folder over (delete the user directory) and then its only about 3gig. if it is a fresh install I think it is 20-30gigs. It expands out to be 43 gigs worth.
