They don't know how to make hamburgers in Europe and if you do get a hamburger from a shop in the UK or France and the menu said "hamburger" ..... it could be sheep or horse meat - not from cow.
I ordered a hamburger from a tiny corner shop in Slovakia. I think they might have just nuked a raw patty to warm it up...this thing was pretty raw...lol. I did not go back. Instead I ate a lot of schnitzel, gyros, and pizzas...lol.
