I'm supposed to avoid salt, so if that can cause it, that might make sense. I never use salt, but of course still get it by other means.
Can't stand avocados, but I do eat a lot of bananas and other sources of potassium. I was cramping up really bad when working out a while back, so now I drink a lot more water and get a lot of potassium and have a magnesium supplement a few times a week.
I'd be surprised if this was diet related with how good I've been for the last few months. Seems like my legs are over stimulated after the stationary bike.
We had some fun last night and it does seem like the RL was less severe, but still enough to be annoying.
