I eat avocados all the time as well but I also put salt and olive oil on them.
That's not so bad, I drown lots of stuff in olive oil, probably why my cholesterol is a little high. Salt, no can do, not with high BP. I had no problem ditching the salt, as long as I have plenty of black pepper. On avocado it works, not so much on watermelon.
