I plan to modify the global layer csv files from Consolidated airfields mod and do not alter these new, already modded airfields (if you do not mind, of course). I don't see a problem with you using those global_layer files as a template. Please PM me so we can dialogue on your implementation strategy. As you can appreciate, I am only concerned about maintaining the integrity of the Consolidated Airfields mod. If your approach doesn't require any changes to the existing Consolidated Airfields Mod then there are no concerns to be addresseed.
