Used mining graphics cards flood the market

..With the recent difficulty spike in mining Ethereum and its price dropping below US $200, currently standing at US $190, plenty of users have given up on mining and are currently trying to cut their losses by selling those graphics cards on the market.

Some of the well-known used markets, like the eBay, have been flooded with plenty of Radeon RX series graphics cards..

..This will also bring a big problem for both AMD and Nvidia, as those looking for an upgrade will have a chance to pick out a decent mid-range graphics card on the used market...

Also it has been noted -- regarding a CPU scam:

..But it appears scam artists are taking advantages of Amazon's RMA and EBAY

Scam Users by buying Ryzen Chips from Amazon, and asking for a refund and returning the Ryzen Package w/ an Old Chip in the box. Amazon re-stocks them w/o checking. Another Users orders Ryzen and gets an Old Intel Celeron or FX Chip.

Same on Ebay, Putting an older Intel Celeron or FX Chip in a Ryzen box and selling on Ebay,..

Of course, the chip that may replace a Ryzen CPU in the scam does not fit an AMD Ryzen motherboard.

Above mentioned sales of used RX400 and RX500 hopeful for keeping new RX Vega pricing in line -- versus Ethereum marked up RX Vega cards.
