What's your Operating System? When you are using Windows 10, it might be an Windows-Issue and has nothing to do with the Game.

I've had a similar Problem. After ending a Mission by pressing Ctrl+Q, I got a black Screen. I could hear the Music in the Background, but no Picture at all. Only pressing the Reset Button and restart Windows seemed to help.

This is what helped in my Case:
If you get a black Screen, please press the "Windows"-Key and "P", then "Cursor down" and then "Enter". Repeat that 2-3 Times, maybe more. Now you should get back your Picture and you should be able to continue the Game.

Seems that Windows is sending the "Picture" to another Monitor-Output. It's definetely a Windows-Bug! In my Case, the Problem appeared the first time after my last Anniversary-Update. Hopefully they release a new Update soon...
