I see it similarly.
I'd really like a 480X with roughly 2800 shaders (if they come with that many). An RX 480X like that would probably be a single card performing about as well as my CrossFired HD7970s. For a pricetag in the $300 range, it would be a "no brainer". Maybe Vega will be called RX 490X
