Back on track, baby!

I have a digital scale and I hate, I mean I HATE it when that first number is a "2"!

I heard the treadmill running this morning while cooking breakfast, first time in weeks, made my heart very happy. Right now I'm hurting a little, Monday was my first workout in weeks, kinda rough on this old man.

I wish I could do another vodka test right about now. Can't though, parents driving in and their stay always begins with a drive to the Home Depot.
