For a Few Dollars More (1965)

My favourite of the Leone/Eastwood 'trilogy'. Not the best DVD but it was $30 for a box set that included Pale Rider and Unforgiven, just couldn't walk past that.

Oddly I never really liked The Good, the Bad and the Ugly, the last third or so was great but the first half just felt poorly paced, weird because the all the rest of the 'trilogy' have fantastic pacing. Also found it a bit silly how the Good keeps blundering into peril and being miraculously rescued at the last second by plot magic.
All films have a bit of it (be a pretty dull movie otherwise) but TGTBATU seemed worse than usual. I guess it's more the way it's done than anything else.

Still the whole 'When you have to shoot, shoot; don't talk' bit was great, nice turnaround. smile

This is Bobby Rahal, thanks for playing the trial version of Microsoft's CART Precision Racing
