Dr. Strangelove or: How I Learned to Stop Worrying and Love the Bomb

Only the second time I've seen this hilarious masterpiece and there is a whole lot I picked up on that I'd missed first time around. Great performances by the all the actors, especially Sellers. Must have been quite a challenge playing multiple roles.
I don't think there's a single thing I can find about this picture that isn't great. The flying sequences are a bit dodgy but it was 1964 and even modern films still can't get that sort of thing right.

It's quite impressive that Kubrick made a movie that works just as well as a satire as it does as a thriller. Take out some of the over-the-top performances and you've got yourself a blockbuster thriller. I guess that's what makes it so funny... yep
