in reading again "How to Make Perfect Hard-Boiled Eggs" and after some reflection, I came to the conclusion that the ingredient "Egg" is very important, but some controversy seems to surround it, specially its manufacture sequence.

it seems now that its origin is surrounded by further controversy.

this is very distressing.
