Maybe you have write the MMjoy2 firware - what make the PRO Micro a USB HID device - but after don't define the "joystick" (Axis, buttons, HATS, PID/VID, name...) in Configurador and "Save set to device", then un-plug and plug again to Windows recognize and show in Control Panel - Game Devices.
