Well, bit the bullet and bought WOFF 2.0... can't say I was too optimistic, as my rig didn't seem to handle WOFF too well...but yeah, thought it'd be nice to fly a Gotha...so why not give it a bash?
The improvement has been quite astonishing. Frame rates are up...stuttering is down..and everything is sooooo much smoother...and the detail is to die for!
And that's before I've even flown the Gotha.
My Snipe is fuelled and ready however...and I now feel confident enough to actually start a campaign.
