Background: In Vietnam the US planes were frightened by the Dvina emitting RPK signals, without missile launch.
US was busy calculating these electronic launches, and sometimes still citing more launched Dvina missile in Vietnam, than ever were fabricated smile

The Soviet designers believed that a good idea would be to introduce auto RPK (BR mode + 75km) at the Volhov.
US designers believed that a good idea would be to introduce HARM (guiding at RPK signal).

In Libya the two idea met each other with the following results...
