Everything about this so far is pre-alpha, and Chris is using a gamepad, so I'm not surprised how crappy that was, lol. The asset, a Hornet in this case, is near final as far as modelling goes and is just magnificent. The Hornet is the 1st of the major game assets to get the PBR pass, Cryengine's Physics Based Rendering, for the super-detailed materials textures.

Still, more work on the HUD and HMD, a lot of FM tuning in the upcoming DFM before this looks playable. I just can't wait to walk around my Starfarer in PBR someday, 90m of space tanker hulking above me on the pad.
