Try to be patient. I crowdfunded with them directly (not KS) and didn't have a problem. I am sure they will get it figured out. They did get a lot of new traffic with the LTI incentives.

Frustrating, I know, and a little head scratch worthy, but give them a chance. Trust your auntie Az biggrin
