Could you please check your Windows Performance Index?
Mine development system has: 5,9 (CPU:7,5 RAM: 7,6 Video: 7,3 Video 3D: 7,3 HDD: 5,9)
Intel Core i7 860 @ 2.8Ghz, 4Gb RAM

I will try to test it in my nootebook, with a way lower performance of 3,9 (CPU: 5.0 RAM: 5.0 Video: 3.9 Video 3D: 4.9 HDD: 5.1)
Intel Core2 Duo T7250 @ 2.0Ghz, 4Gb RAM
