Could you be more specific?
I tried it at Ashuluk, and launched all four missile from the same launcher.
Did the "Rasreshenie" (target in the launching zone) green lamp illuminated (left of the PUSK1 button) when you launched?
Tried on another computer and in various situations/combinations. Results: with S-125, the first pair of missiles work flawlessly, but with second pair from the same launcher, its always the trouble. Only if you fire the second pair on the same target, they work, but if you fire on another target, one or, sometimes, both missiles never appear on the radar and lost. Also, if you fire on 2nd, 3rd, and so on targets, missiles from the 1st pair from the launcher often lost in the same way - usually one missile, but sometimes both.
