First remains for a long time: when operating the S-125, you can only fire two missiles from one launcher - anywhere, in Ashuluk or combat - the other two will stil launch, you can hear sound, but they never appear on the radar and never hit their target.

Could you be more specific?
I tried it at Ashuluk, and launched all four missile from the same launcher.
Did the "Rasreshenie" (target in the launching zone) green lamp illuminated (left of the PUSK1 button) when you launched?

I wonder if this could be done in real life, isn't the Shrike is way too small (low RCS) for Dvina to engage?

Doable in real life.
The X wings of the Shrike is acting as a corner reflector.
Most of the practice targets in Ustka and Ashuluk are small missiles.

And one last question, not a bug report: with S-200, the P-14 radar can easily see the SCUD missile at long range. Can it, in reality, see its own 5V28 missiles (which are not much smaller than SCUD)? It would be very useful to track your own missiles using it.

Very good question!
