As to extended AARs - yes, it would be nice, but - to preserve a bit of realism for purists, to which I also probably belong - maybe in two variants. First would record what actually can be recorded by SAM crews (e.g. range boresight position instead of target range, if unavailable or only predicted; azimuth, elevation, fusing, guidance, explosion / K3 - if observed), and second would contain all real-world data you proposed. Hit-kill-miss info would certainly belong to second group.

I see added value in learning how to interpret what you can see from your firing position, and possibly even more if we finally get some mission generator - today, after just a few rehearsals you can learn all flightpaths by heart.
