Not to make life any easier - maybe some angle jamming for future development?

Angle jamming is better for monopulse systems (Vega/Krug).
Dvina/Volhov/Neva is better to jam with Range Gate Pulloff, or with Deception Jamming beside the simulated Noise Jamming.

Other issue, after reading the Linebacker II accounts: was the B-52 really able to out-maneuver the missile, even one following a T/T path?

The V-750VMK missile can pull 7~9g at 10km altitude.

...and if chaff has been simulated, why don't we see it on our screens (I mean 19 Dec Volkhov-era Hanoi scenario)? Does it not generate a LOT of false contacts (something like ground clutter, I suppose)?

Chaff is not simulated, and I do not know, how it would look like...
... non of the Hungarian operators ever seen real Chaff cloud, and I did not found it in any Vietnamese cabin photos.
