I'd like to start flying full switch servers online, but wow this sim or more complex than IL2. I can't get off the ground without sometime blowing or overheating on the engine. What am I doing wrong? Are there any guides or videos that are plane specific showing how to start and fly the planes safely?

I sat on the runway last night for 30 min firing up the g50, FINALLY got it started after watching a youtube video. Wow the prop pitch and mixture settings are very picky. But on full power takeoff I blew some stuff out of the motor. I had all rads open I don't know what went wrong.

Very challenging but rewarding once I got her all fired up and warmed up. I love this steep learning curve
