I have some original questions:
first about that wheels:
3, target acquisition mode selector

This rotating wheel has 4 settings, off-KO-MSP-BSP. The indicator is above it.
After the Vietnam war, all SAM battery received own target acquisition radar, and these were forbidden to use. (also suicidal) because of ANTI RADIATION MISSILE (ARM)? (I suppose !)
