I suspect that if I added a top of the line video card with at least 2 GB of ram, My inconsistant frame reates, stuttery rubber

banding and slow texture loads expecially buildings in London would dramatically improve. That is if I added the card to my present

system. Sadly I cant affort 5 or 6 hundred dollars to do that. So i must soldier on with my HD4870 nope
