PC Pilot is a magazine I read regularly for the links to freeware add-on planes for FSX and the occasional guide to FSX features and "how-to-play" guides for various sims. But PC Pilot never publishes a negative review. That's number one. Number two is they are mostly an FSX dedicated mag, despite the occasional hardware controller and combat sim review.

If PC Pilot did a review and scored COD 80%, you have to understand the mag's mission: "make friends and don't piss off an prospective subscribers and advertisers."
