It's a shame that the installer isn't working or the CD is corrupt .. and that Kessler doesn't respond to problems, if you got it from him ( ebay ID plgraphics last I checked )

You might try the CD in a WinXP or Win98 machine with a fresh copy of RB3D installed, and copy it over to your newer sys. FCJ is a mod of RB3D requiring the game to be installed first
