Hey JRT,

I've never had pickled herring and I'm not even sure what Sun Eggs are! Cranberry Sauce and Sweet Potato Casserole on the other hand - YUM!

Our family christmas meals usually involve the ubiquitous roasted turkey, ham, pork and chicken coupled with various salads (caesar, cabbage, carrot\pasta, potato...) some parsley, sweet potato, cauliflower, and pork crackling smile

There are Mint, Apple, Cranberry sauces distributed along the table - and plenty of drinking and being merry!
