I have received your COA and it is indeed lovely. For some reason using your family name the arms in the photo do not quite jive with any of my many books on heraldry. The ever dependable 900,000 page HWH Handbook was consulted and a facsimile of that COA was eventually found. Astonished would not be too strong a word to describe my feelings. I had always thought it was D U X never D U K E. Now I need to know how you wish to style yourself, would HRH The Duke of York be acceptable or would Dux continue to suffice just between us friends?
