There IS a new Spitfire see here Its even a Supermarine, quite disgraceful really but what can you expect from colonials... At least Typhoon is a LOT better name than Eurofighter (and there is now a Typhoon for display at Duxford! )
How many names have been used 3 times? Lightning (P-38, EE and F-35) Any more?
