Thanks for the pics. The 109 looks well cared for after over thirty years of having pre-flight checks. I like the gunsmoke stains on the wings.

Spring has arrived here at last, as with you it appears. Saw my first years Swallow yesterday, and you can inform C51 that we have a fairly local Siberian Chiffchaff which has actually spent the winter here so must have felt quite at home. Being a sub-species of Chiffchaff it doesn't mean a new life tick - until the powers that be decide to split both birds.
