Ah, just been battling a cold of my own. Nasty bugger and hard to get rid of. Best advice I can give is to take 2 grams of vitamin C daily, and if your tummy doesn't tell you otherwise, you can safely stay on that dosage, even when you haven't got any cold. Add some fish oil Omega 3, about 2 - 4 grams per day unless you live entirely on fish.
