Thanks for the guitar site which has improved my limited knowledge of the truss-rod and its vagaries. I had another go last night and managed to get it to set back a little once again. Left it to settle overnight and I'll try a few more turns later today.

Congratulations on your highly successful sortie! You have obviously got the sim running very well.
What a shame that HWH Squadron can't fly together. There are those who say we can't fly at all. I'm sure we would make some rookie Luftwaffe pilot and ace in no time. Who knows?...we may even locate SNAFU while on our cross-channel fighter sweeps as he sits out the war in some French vineyard, swigging away at fine wines in his disguise as a Benedictine monk and bringing succour to fallen women. I think we are the 'succours'!
