The flight was not subject to much turbulence, in fact it was entered as light.The 'greenest' moment was when the instructor descended in a tight descending turn to the left and eased out pulling some 'g' until I could fell the helmet pressing down. Technical notes state that this type is stressed to +6/-3g.
This time of the year can see long gaps in flight programmes due to unsuitable weather and then the flight slots begin backing up. The March winds are indeed upon us today. I think things will be much different in the States where the weather seems more agreeable for flying generally.
