Thank you Dux for minding the fort. Hopefully I will be back on a regular basis sometime next week. I'm not sure what being regular again means in my case... I know they sell powerful medications that claim to keep one regular. I've tried those and they did not help me maintain my regularity one bit, in fact I couldn't get anything done at all for racing to the bathroom all the time...
